Roofing Sheet
Pre painted zinc aluminium coated steel sheets are the preferred raw materials for our Roofing sheets, Cladding sheets, Gutters and accessories.
Base metal is the high tensile steel
Total coating thickness 0.35mm to 0.47mm
55% Aluminium 45% Zinc, alloy coating 150g per square meter (AZ 150 )
High quality and durable including chromate coating, corrosion inhibitive coating and polyester finish coating, and paint coating is not affected by the machine process.
Materials are consisting of following standards
ASTM A 792 standard (America)
AS 1397 Standard (Australia)
JIS G3321:1998 Standard (Japan)
SS 370:1994 Standard (Singapore)
ISO 9364 Standard (ISO)
Colored steel sheets are protected by either way of the hot dipped galvalum coating or organic color coating
Hot aluminium galvanized steel sheet in 55% appears no rust after 20 years application.
Applied paint in latest modified polyester paint coated layer is treated with twice coating and twice baking enjoys good weather resistance and outside stability, various bright colors are selectable.
